Global Settings - OASIS

Here are the global settings under the OASIS category and, on the right, a description of what the settings mean.  The global settings are found under Barnestorm Office > Codes > Security > Global Settings.

1710 OASIS M1060 can pull weight from the Vital Signs When set to True - OASIS M1060 question will show a button to pull weight from the Referral

1730 

OASIS M1730 Can be answered No

True = If M1720 is answered 01, 02, 03 or NA then M1730 can be 0. 
False= If M1720 is answered 01, 02, 03 or NA then M1730 cannot be 0.

Remove Unknown and NA as Choice on M0110, so a HIPPS code is always created

True = Will remove the answers UK and NA so they cannot be selected
False = UK and NA WILL show up on the OASIS and Visit/Assessments

Include Date/Time Printed on Short and Long Forms 

True = The date and time at the time of clicking the preview button will show up at the bottom of the page.

False = Does not show the date and time the OASIS was printed.

Include Date Signed (Lock Date) on Short and Long Forms

When set to True, the Date Signed (Lock Date) will be included on Short and Long Forms.

When 1741 is True, the phrase for Date Signed

When set to True, the “Digital Signature Applied” phrase will show up at the bottom of the page with the date the OASIS was locked.

Auto-sign the OASIS Patient Tracking Sheet

When set to True, the electronic signature will appear on the Tracking Sheet.  Otherwise, only the “Completed By” Signature line will appear.
1750 Make the default Oasis Export option Test instead of State 
When set to True, the Admin > Export OASIS will default to Export To Test. 
1760 Use the CMS iQIES Validation Tool.
When set to True, when validating an OASIS D1 it will pull up the iQIES portal to run the CMS validation. This is recommended.
