From Barnestorm Office click on Reports > Employee > 03.75 Employee Visit Counts/Day.
o Visit Date = Enter the visit date of your search
o Program/Payer = Enter code number(s), or leave blank to include All.
How to Read the Report
o Emp# = Employee Number
o Employee = Employee Name
o DY = Visit day of month
o Bill Visits = # of visits for the day
