Forgot to Clock Out

If you forget to clock out of a previous visit, the CareChamp app offers a built-in safeguard.

• When you clock in for your next visit, the previous visit will automatically clock out.
• This feature is only active if the missed visit is between 1 and 4 days old.

Office staff should avoid completing the visit in office if this process will take place.
