Cancel – Patient Not Home

Use this cancel option with CareChamp when the patient is not home or refuses services.

• Tap the scheduled visit from your app.
• Scroll down and tap Cancel Visit.
• Tap Cancellation Reason and choose the appropriate reason from the list.
• Tap OK to confirm the selected reason.
• (Optional) Add notes in the Comments section.
• Tap the Cancel button and then confirm by tapping Yes, Cancel Visit.

This will mark your visit as cancelled, indicating a non-chargeable visit.
