Mark a Visit as Up For Grabs / Available Visit

This is not to be confused with cancelling a visit that will not take place due to the patient not home or refused services.

• From the Home screen, tap the scheduled visit for today’s date.
• Scroll down and tap Cancel Visit.
• Select a reason. This varies by agency. Most common are Aide not available, Holiday, Weather, or Other.
• Tap OK.
• (Optional) Enter a comment under Cancellation Comments, then tap Cancel.
• Confirm by tapping Yes, Cancel Visit.
• The visit will now appear in orange at the bottom of your schedule as an Available Shift.

📅 Cancel a Future Scheduled Visit

• From the Home screen, scroll to the date of the scheduled visit.
• Tap the scheduled visit.
• A pop-up panel will appear at the bottom of the screen.
• Tap Cancel Visit.
