📨Messages

Office staff and other Care Champ users can send inner office messages to each other.

📥 View Messages

• Open the Messages screen from the top menu or menu bar.
• Messages are listed in date order, most recent at the top.
• Tap the recipient’s name to view a message.
• To reply, enter your message at the bottom and tap the send icon.
• Use the back arrow at the top to return to your message list.

CareChamp Pro will send a notification banner when a message is received.

✍️ Create Message

• Tap the Messages tab from the top menu.
• Tap the plus icon at the top.
• Select a worker or use the search bar to find their name.
• Tap inside the 'Enter Message' box and type your message.
• Tap the send button to the right.
• The message thread will open automatically.
• Tap the back arrow at the top to return to your message list.
